Special orders Do Not Upset us. When we were asked to design a cookie cutter for a kennel, we explained to them that if we were allowed to 3d print the design we help them with the design fee would be dropped. That is what we do with all special order designs. plus the design remains the property of the customer and are not reproduced with out customer's written consent.
